Reviewed pepita crusted pacific halibut with cilantro serrano cream

Wonderful! My husband was very skeptical of fish encrusted with pepita seeds so we made one piece of halibut with panko and one with pepita. Both were excellent but the pepita was our favorite. The cilantro sauce was perfect and the green chile potatoes were a perfect accompaniment. We'll make this for company.

Excellent and so pretty! I made it for the first time last night for a party with a Mexican dinner theme. As I live at high altitude, the cake took 30 minutes longer to bake. I also let the cake cool down for several hours before flipping it over and it came out beautifully from the cake pan. The caramel sauce, though, must have absorbed into the "
