Reviewed Rustic Vegetable and Polenta Soup
"This soup exceeded my expectations (and my family's as well)! So much flavor and I love how the polenta thickened the soup. I made it exactly as written, except I added one can of cannelini beans (rinsed and drained at the same time I added the polenta. I will definitely add this to my winter rotation."
