Reviewed Hand-Cut French Fries

These were AMAZING! I made mine with 5 Idaho potatoes and they turned out great. I soaked my cut fries in the ice water for about 30 minutes, then dried them on paper towels lined on a baking sheet, and stuck them in the refrigerator while I waited for the oil to heat up.
