A few changes were made...no 1/2 and 1/2, so we used my vanilla flavored coconut creamer (dairy allergy) and soy milk. We also added a little vanilla. Yummy! We noticed it was sweeter and less "eggy" than the French toast mom and dad used to make. It was a hit with the kids =) Great keeper!"

They are not your orinary cookie. They are something you might bring to a cookie exchange. I don't think I would make these on a regular basis, they are more work than I like for a cookie. The taste is wonderful, though. ""

OMG, these are so yummy! They melt in your mouth. The hint of maple is a nice surprise. I accidentally added the flour to the nuts, but it turned out great. Skip a step and save the time. I agree that the 2 cups must be a misprint, I used my Pampered Chef powdered sugar shaker and it worked really well. Santa will love these tonight!!!""

Very good! I added some cabbage, potatoes, and yellow squash (for a pop of color). Make sure you listen to the reviewer who added more pasta...it doesn't seem like a lot, until it cooks!
