Brussels sprouts is no longer a bad word! This recipe won family and friends and it wasn't difficult to make. Having a pan big enough to allow the sprouts to brown and turn is the key to great browning. Another "keeper recipe". ""

This easy to make recipe was a hit with everyone! The corn was so sweet after browning it in the garlic butter. The spinach added great color. We will keep this on our "yummy" list.""
