About Me
As a kid all my meals were prepared for me from scratch. As an adult now I don't know any other way . As a retail pharmacist my schedule is varied, but when possible, my wife, 3 children, and I like to have a home cooked dinner together (preferably one that all 5 of us like!).
Favorite Foods
My absolute favorite food is PIZZA. It is quite possibly the worlds most perfect food. You can put anything on it (even vegetables if that is your thing), it is good hot or cold, you can use your fingers...
I don't know that I am famous for any dish, but I enjoy making a nice roast beef with Yorkshire pudding and the best gravy ever... and lots of it too!
