This was AMAZING! I used what it said it to...taleggio, pears, arugula, ciabatta bread and used my truffle salt that I got from William and Sonoma, to add that hint of truffle. I will be making this all the time!"

I halved the recipe, so it just made one loaf, to see if I liked it first before I made 2 loaves...and it's soo good! I'm definitely going to make it again. I baked it for 40 min and then another 20 min, but another 15 would of been fine. I added some cream cheese frosting on top that I had left over from some cinnabons that I made earlier and...

This recipe is really good! I love the arugula in the pasta and think it needs a little more than the 1 cup it asks for. I definitely needed to add the reserved pasta water since the pasta was so dry when stirring in the cheese and pepper. I will be making this again!

These are the perfect little appetizers! They are so good and very simple and quick to make. They are best served right away while still warm. I don't know what the recent reviewer is talking when they gave them a 1 star...they obviously did something wrong while making them because these are the best!
