"Just finished makin this recipe...FREAKIN awesome! Giada U RULE!!! I used a Merlot instead of the recommended Cabernet, but it tasted GREAT! My wife & I finished w/ dinner & had extra sauce...I was sad & didn't want 2 pour it out! We put a protion in a freezer container...hopefully it stays!
