I and my family really liked this recipe. That being said, there are some adjustments you might want to make. The chili does come out more the consistancy of soup than chili - if this bothers you, simply add less chicken broth. The chili depends on the flavor of the roasted vegetables - so if you don't roast the veggies right and get that good...

Reviewed Buttermilk Pie

I gave this recipe three stars because it tastes good enough for five, but it needs adjusting, thus the lower score. If you don't mind "tweaking" a recipe, this is a good one to start with.

I added 1 and 3/4 cup of sugar, slightly more than called for.
I added an extra Tbl flour. (the pie was still a tad bit loose....
