So quick and so easy! Slight modifications due to what we had on hand - no peppers but used broccoli, used both white and sweet potatoes, and used sage and thyme. Ah and used whole milk instead of cream. Will certainly be making this again!

Wow this was a great recipe! Very different flavor profile than we're used to, but delicious. We too enjoyed it with Greek yogurt and sriracha instead of harissa. Highly, highly recommended.

Reviewed Warm Lentil Salad with Roasted Beets and Goat Cheese

Jun 23, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Great flavors! Diced the roasted beets and mixed them in with the lentils, served this over red leaf lettuce (the lentils and beets were room temperature so no wilting of the greens) and sprinkled goat cheese over it. So tasty!"

This was delicious! We were out of fettuccine, so I used cappelini instead. The cheese clumped a bit with the noodles, so it would definitely work better with the thicker noodles as advised in the recipe. The flavors were spot on, definitely a keeper."

Everything about this recipe was WOW! It was our first time making duck, and everything came out perfectly. So incredibly delicious. We will definitely make it again."

Reviewed Butternut Squash Soup with Chipotle Cream

Dec 29, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

This was a very good soup, but needed a bit of doctoring to up the flavor. We added a splash of maple syrup and a bit of nutmeg and cinnamon, and voila, perfect! The cream was a perfect counterbalance to the heat that the chipotles packed."
