Reviewed Onion and Goat Cheese Tartlets

These were fabulous. I've made them for a parties at my home and have always gotten rave reviews. I tried taking them elseware, and they got soggy. I haven't found a way yet that they travel well other than baking them at your end destination.

I don't cook the veggies at all before putting into the oven, and add zucchini. I also leave out the orange in the couscous, or use rice or egg noodles instead. Sometime I just use crusty bread to sop up all of the juices. Overall a very good recipe.
