Reviewed Onion and Goat Cheese Tartlets
"These were fabulous. I've made them for a parties at my home and have always gotten rave reviews. I tried taking them elseware, and they got soggy. I haven't found a way yet that they travel well other than baking them at your end destination.
Reviewed Chicken and Fennel
"I don't cook the veggies at all before putting into the oven, and add zucchini. I also leave out the orange in the couscous, or use rice or egg noodles instead. Sometime I just use crusty bread to sop up all of the juices. Overall a very good recipe.
