Just made just, Excellent, without the onions and WITH provolone. The peppers add so much to this recipe
The amount of liguid is unclear in the recipe
I used 1-16 oz bottle of peppers. They are really great on the sandwich; much of the heat is gone

Impressed. Turkey can be dry but the vegetables were definitely a GREAT addition to keep the mixture very moist. I most likely had dark meat in the ground mix I had. An economical and tasty way to stretch the budget and get the kids eating the veggies.

Will never buy the packet mix again. Only had 1 tsp cumin and it was still ...

As written, I give it a 4 star rating. Too many steps. Saute the lobster in butter. It does not need to be boiled. Added 1 garlic clove to the onions. Added 2 teaspoons dijon to the onions, when I added the milk. Used a sharp cheddar and panko at the end

I used 3-6 oz tails, for just 2 people with the full amount of sauce and served...
