This recipe was awesome. It is perfect as written but I omitted the capers because my husband doesn't like them. I also used a small red and a small yellow pepper for color. Using only a red pepper would have been fine. I was so impressed with the sauce. This will be a staple in our house!""

This recipe is a keeper! I listened to the other reviewers and doubled the spices in the bread crumbs. After I tasted it according to the recipe, I knew everyone was right and it would be bland. I also agree that the bottom is a little mushy. Next time I will have my husband hold up the wire rack so I can spray the bottom. Should make for som"

Awesome recipe! I am just finishing this up and I'm so glad I found a recipe that didn't have wine or tomatoes in it. This is traditional but the Worcestershire sauce gives it the perfect zing. I used beef broth and had to use a little extra as others said. I also added Yukon gold potatoes. My son keeps bugging me to start eating which is unl"

Disappointed...I couldn't access the reviews on my phone so I thought the 5 stars would guarantee it would be good. I followed this recipe exactly and the dredging flour is WAY over seasoned. The gravy was good but I wish I would've read the tip about the chicken stock. The tip about letting the coated meat cool in the fridge would have helped t"

Great baked recipe! No need to use flour. Dipped the chicken in the egg/milk mixture and good quality plain breadcrumbs. Used fresh mozzarella and that really makes the difference. Everyone deviates from the recipe a bit but at least this gives you tips for a great baked recipe. No more frying for me!"

I tried this and it was just bitter and not sweet enough. Maybe my cranberries weren't ripe enough or something but I am very glad I had a can of Ocean Spray in the pantry!

I made this with all collard greens because my husband likes them so much. I dumped a lot of the grease as it grossed me out and put only two tablespoons of vinegar because it seemed like it would be too overpowering. This came out awesome! I made it on Thanksgiving and that is a risky thing to do for a first time recipe and everyone loved it....

This is the best mac and cheese recipe on this site (and I've unsuccessfully tried quite a few;). I double it and don't bother with the bread crumbs and paprika. I use an extra cheese layer on the top like a lot of others. You can't go wrong with this one. My family absolutely loves it!
