I've been making this cheesecake for two years or so now. Always delicious! I love the crust so in addition to the 1 3/4 c of graham cracker crumbs I beat a few ginger snap cookies to make the crumbs 2 c. I also add an extra Tbsp of butter and a sprinkle of ginger to the crumbs. I also add 1/8 tsp of ginger to the batter and sometimes 1/8 of allsp"
