This turns out well every time I make it! This last time I doubled the recipe and put it in a jelly roll pan. I also didn't have heavy cream for the cake but looked online for a substitute and it still turned out really well. The substitute I used for heavy cream (for the cake only because this won't whip up) is: 3/4 c. milk and 1/3 c. butter. Me...
