My Activity

Reviewed Jambalaya

"My husband and 20 year old grandson went crazy over this. I used thyme and oregano in place of the basil and parsley after reading severl other recipes and cut down on the hot sauce. I used a chicken from the deli. Next time I make this (soon!) I will put in more chicken sausage and vegetables. Thank you for sharing a great easy recipe."

Reviewed BBQ Turkey Meatloaf

"Great recipe. I combine it with Ina's and my family loves it -- the barbeque sauce (I use bottled) makes it!"

Reviewed Turkey Meatloaf

"My family loves turkey meatloaf -- even the teenagers. I do put the onion and celery in my small food processor with some carrots and chop fine (more veggies for the teenagers) and I top it with barbeque sauce. My family will eat anything with barbeque sauce on it. Great meal for after football and waterpolo practice. "

Reviewed Mustard-Roasted Fish

"we really enjoyed this and will make it again. I used sour cream (would use less next time and more mustard) and added a good dash of hot sauce. I broiled the fish for a few minutes when cooked to give a nice crust. There is a recipe for chicken much like this by one of the Dean "boys"."
