Reviewed Blue Cheese and Walnut Crackers
"Next time I will slice them a tiny bit thinner, but these were easy and delicious. I used about a teaspoon of salt, and they were just right. I can't wait to try these with different cheese and nut combinations. Mostly goat cheese and candied pecans. "
Reviewed Dried Fig-Smoked Almond Bark
"An easy, fancy treat to put out for company! Next time I might just pop a whole almond into a slit in a whole fig, dip it in chocolate and flake the salt on top as opposed to making the bark. It's delicious, but hard to get all the good stuff in one bite.
