Yum yum yum! The only reason I won't be making this regularly is because of the calories! Whole milk, butter and three different kinds of cheese = heaven. I used barley because the farro was super duper expensive ($11/pound). Definitely would like to try it with farro someday though. Cheesy comfort food deliciousness!"

Tasty! I used whole wheat flour (which required a little more water) and ricotta instead of goat cheese because that's what I had in the fridge. Loved this recipe. Arugula with lemon vinaigrette was my favorite part."
