I read previous reviews and cut the salt by half. I used vegetable stock instead of chicken and it turned out quite tasty. This made two meals for us... the first right out of the oven with kale pesto swirled into it and toasted walnuts. Yummy!! We put the leftover (while warm into a sealed leftover container to chill. It comes out in a loaf"
