"These Quesadillas were excellent. I forgot to get the spinach and they were delicious anyway. I used LaTortilla "smart and delicious" whole grain soft wraps. I'm a weight watcher, so I used FF shredded cheese and FF sour cream (10points+). I also folded 1 tortilla to make the Q. Much easier to flip. I put a pan on top of it when it first went in the pan, then you could press ther edges together and the melted cheese helped them stick. I found they only needed 2 minutes per side. The whole family liked them and that is saying something!"
