Reviewed maple glazed walnuts

This is a fabulous, quick. easy recipe. Just finished making a batch. I make them every year for Thanksgiving nibbles. But since my family is not big on walnuts, I do a mixture that includes lots of others. They keep well so they can be made ahead of time. But I recommend letting them cool on a parchment lined cookie sheet.

Very delicious. Substituted pine nuts for hazel nuts (just what we had on hand.) Also very quick and easy to make.

Just finished making this to go with dinner tonight. Oh yum!!!! I left out the mint and mixed the strawberries in with the bread. Very, Very good. Whip cream is fine if you want to turn it into a dessert, but it is very tasty all by itself. I think next time I will either add more strawberries and blueberries or reduce the amount of bread to "
