This recipe was very good and flavorful. However, it made a ton of stuffing, of which I only used two cups for the meatloaf. I have enough stuffing left over to make three more meatloaves. Next time, I will cut the stuffing recipe in half. I could use the stuffing for a chicken like someone else suggested. The flavors were great though.

This recipe was very good and easy. I forgot to add the Worcestershire sauce at the end, but it tasted delicious anyway. It was a nice change in making pork. My husband liked it, so I will be making this again.

This recipe was so flavorful. I didn't have any cremini mushrooms, so I made it without them. It still tasted delicious. The red pepper flakes really added a kick to it. That and the flavors of the wine, lemon juice and parmesan made a great combination

This recipe was so easy and very tasty. I'm going to use this for a brunch. It was very refreshing. The salad dressing can be made ahead, so that all you have to do before serving it is cut up the papaya and avocado. I have a lot of health conscious friends, so I'm sure they will like this recipe. This was really good fried chicken. I plan on making it for a large group to snack on over the holidays. It was moist and delicious. Not the healthiest way to eat chicken, but once in a while doesn't hurt. I loved the crunch of the crispy crust. Mine looked just like Paula's picture, golden brown. Thanks Paula

This was very easy. I like to be able to taste the curry flavor much more. The idea of putting mince meat into the recipe was very original and added to the flavor. It was good, but I would definitely add more curry flavoring next time.
