Good stuff. I put the pan in a 325 oven for another 15 min to ensure that it was cooked enough. Had to thicken the gravy a bit. Also made simple biscuits to soak up the gravy. Mmm.

Very rich. Forgot to add the sherry until after I added the milk and the sherry flavor dominated. I think maybe if it had burned off it would have been a little better. Again very thick and rich. Might drop the egg yolks next time. Leftovers like glue."

If you love garlic, this recipe is for you. The grated garlic overpowered it for me. I would cut back to one clove or dice it. The grating really increased the potency."
