Ohh So Gooooood! Follow her directions, don't add the extra apple (as I did just for good measure). The fact that I had a blow out on 1 of 2 pies was my own darned fault! I used the Pillsbury roll out dough (I know, don't want to hear it and threw it together in 5 mins.

A fabulous meal for everyday dinners but great to serve for company! I'd suggest giving yourself 3x the time to prep this dish. It took over 10 mins just to shell the shrimp.
Also, pre-read the recipe thoroughly making notations such as, "lemon juice and zest DIVIDED", you'll blow it if you do as the recipe says."

Yummy!! Easy!! No proofing the yeast, just dump everything into the mixer, blend, add water and you're done besides the rising. Baked them on pre-heated smokin' hot pizza stones in the oven. Killer! Hint: don't overdo it with the toppings and use sauce sparingly to keep it crispy instead of soggy. "
