Awesome recipe! I followed it except I added a little extra sour cream, added about a 1/4 cup heavy cream AND used smoked bacon sea salt for the salt. I also used whatever cheese I had in the fridge which included a mexican blend, medium cheddar and some Swiss. Next time I plan to add some breadcrumbs on top when baking. My son wanted to eat it ...
