“Ellie's recipe is wonderful! We followed it exactly but in the end added a bit more salt & pepper, a dash of tabasco and a sprinkle of parmigiano reggiano. DELISH! We also used vegetable broth. Served with fresh ciabatta bread. So warming and comforting. We will definitely cook again! This soup is good as is but lends itself to customization....”

“This dish was good! As a newly minted vegan, it did NOT replace the taste of cheese. I missed it. But that's just me. As there are only two in our family (+ 3 dachshunds), I halved the recipe but measured accurately. The taste reminded me of Thanksgiving sweet potatoes with rice pasta. While I had high hopes for this dish, it still doesn't"”

“My husband and I have been trying to reduce our meatasaurus habits and follow a more plant based diet. Lo and behold, we discovered Chef Wrobel's "How To Live to 100" show on the Cooking Channel and were inspired to try this recipe. SO TASTY! We served with fresh guacamole and water cress. “I am really enjoying the healthy recipe ideas that the Food Network is posting this month! I really enjoyed this dish. The lower sodium side of this dish doesn't bother me and I'm surprised that one review found it "bland." With the addition (per Ellie's recipe) of capers, kalamata olives, garlic, crushed red pepper and freshly grated parmesan che"”

My husband had two helpings and enjoyed it very much. I'l be taking a piece to work tomorrow! The roasted red pepper gives the sauce a depth of flavor. I didn't miss the meat and will make this ag"”

“May I leave another review for this recipe?
It is so tasty. We used a bit less of the mayo ingredients but it turned out the same.
Delish! A great grill-night supper, with roasted potatoes and a fresh veggie.
Mmm. (yummy noise)"”

“Delicious. Another winner! I didn't have enough lemons in my frig so I added a touch
of white wine. Everything turned out well and there is a small wedge of chicken left, as a left-over. :) Brava and thanks for the inspiration!"”

“Tasty? Heck yes!!
This recipe is a keeper. Like all recipes, it has to be tweaked and adjusted to individual taste.
I followed the recipe exactly, minus a tad of the rosemary - I know how potent that herb is! I think you could get by with at least 3/4 cup mayo as I still have some left over in the frig. I am SURE I can repurpose...”
