Reviewed Sunny's Beef and Barley Stew with Crusty Pepper Bread
"This is my second time making this stew. I read the previous reviews and was nervous about making it. It was AWESOME!!! I did notice that the previous reviews said it had too much wine taste so I did cut the wine by one cup! I absolutely love this recipe. It melted in our mouths and I don't know why the others had a problem with it cooking in the oven completely, mine worked wonderfully! I will make this again and again! Thank you Sunny!"

"I thought this was awesome! I did cut the wine in half after reading some of the reviews! It was perfect...and it cooked just great in the oven for me! I am making it for the second time as a matter of fact right now! Thanks for the recipe Sunny...I will make it for years to come! :)"
