"Really good!! Like other reviewers I sauteed the spinach in olive oil with some garlic first. Also, I didn't have goat cheese so I used a mixture of asiago and mozzarella. Will definitely make again with the goat cheese. Umm!"

"I couldn't believe how awful these were after getting so many good reviews. I followed the recipe exactly. They were kind of mushy in the middle and not a lot of flavor at all. If you are going to make these, be sure to spray the pan with non stick spray since they were hard to remove. Also, 1 pastry sheet makes 12 rounds."

"SO GOOD! At first, I thought it was kinda weird frying the meat after it cooked all day, but it really does give it a delicious flavor and texture. They only had huge shoulders at the store, so instead I used a pork loin roast. I didn't have time to make the pico de gallo, so I used storebought salsa, but I will definitely make the pico de gall"
