after 25 years of thinking i couldnt cook i decided to try following a recipe one night, and the rest is history. turns out i CAN cook, and more than that, i LOVE to cook. im just now starting to dabble in baking...something else i thought i couldnt do, but it is a bit more daunting as im at a high altitude. im a mommy to one 6 year old and a wife to one 30 year old :o)

i love cooking italian because you can always make it so much better than the restaurants...i love "designer" salads, all things cheese, and a good loaf of bread.Advertisement
