Reviewed Beef Stew
"What a great recipe! If you are looking for a new beef stew, this one really rocks with its flavor coming from Tumeric, a possible anti inflammatory. I was surprised at how much flavor without having to add wine. My husband couldn't slow down his pace. I will make this one again. I didn't have tomatoes, so I used can tomatoes with some of its liquid and halved the broth. I am sure it is good as is.
