Made this last night... some changes I would make - first, don't overcook the zucchini - and as some other reviewers mentioned, I would half the dressing - it made the salad soggy, especially since I overcooked my zucchini - It was a very refreshing, summer salad even with the above issues...I'll continue to tweek the recipe somewhat - I used slic"
