"I just made this as a test, because I want to use it for my sisters baby shower. And I definitely will! It turned out great. I did not make the egg crepe because I want something easy to assemble right before guests arrive...and it sounded like it wasn't needed based off of other reviews. I bought the bread from Panera, which was moist and tasty. If you love pesto, you will love this sandwich.
