This is sooo good. The first time I made this the dill was too strong a flavor. I do not use the dill anymore. I also use non fat half n half in place of the heavy cream and light sour cream--if you're trying to cut back the fat. To avoid lumps in the sauce from the flour I also mix the flour into the sour cream before adding it to the broth ...
