Reviewed Peach French Toast Bake
"Needed to add a lot of extra cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger to give the "toast" part more flavor. Probably could have also used a bit of the maple syrup in the egg batter as well. Otherwise, the French toast came out perfectly -- not too soggy and not dry."
