"Great recipe! I altered the dressing by adding apple cider vinegar, sugar, and stone ground mustard. I think it gives the salad a much needed flavor boost, which is one complaint others had about this salad. Also, let it sit in the fridge in the dressing overnight! The cucumbers soak up all of the yummy vinegar flavor. Delicious!""
