Pefrfect crust every time! We spread the dough onto a pan that is lightly greased with olive oil, brush with a tiny bit of butter, then bake at 350 until barely golden. Then load it up with the sauce, cheese and toppings and back into the oven until golden and deliciously melty. The crust is truly perfect!!! Thanks Bobby Flay for the awesome reci...
