This was very good, the roasted red pepper sauce was delicious. I made the mistake of over-doing my chicken, the water started boiling too hard and rather than cooking it in a slow simmer I ended up cooking it too fast in boiling water. That was my mistake though, everything else was great!"

Probably won't make this again, it was pretty bland. I did use fat free yogurt rather than low fat but I can't imagine that would have made that big of a difference in taste. It sounded really good, we love artichokes and artichoke hearts but there wasn't much flavor in this."
