In terms of ease this one a piece of cake. Even at an altitude of 7000 feet! These scones are the lightest and flakiest I've ever had, but that makes sense from all the butter! I think for flavor these are rather plain and tasteless unless you get some cranberry in your bite. Reminds me of Starbucks scones, which is not a compliment. However this "
