The cooking time for roasting the veggies is way off, it took me over an hour to cook them and they were not too big of chunks to begin with. OMG! Really delicious!! I used parmesan cheese from the jar, so use a little less salt in the recipe. I also used french bread that I toasted up and cut the slices smaller, worked perfectly!! YUMMMY!! The peas give it a nice sweet taste to it too!!
