Reviewed Ham-Taleggio Grilled Cheese
"It was so good!! Had to sub Cabot Extra Sharp Cheddar. The apple and caramalized onions made this extra special. And I usually butter the bread when I make a grilled cheese. Got a better texture by buttering the pan instead. I added more butter to the pan for the second side of the grilled cheese. This is a no fail recipe!
