Reviewed Country Quiche

I just made this quiche and it was so delicious. However, I did half the recipe because it is only me and my boyfriend. My pork sausage didn't have sage in it so I added fresh sage to it, which I think put it over the top I also added green peppers and onions. My only con is I wish now that I doubled the recipe and made 2 quiches. "
