I really liked this recipe! There is a good pumpkin flavor that I really enjoyed. It doesn't have the texture of fudge at all though. I tried a piece when it was still warm and I definitely liked it better fully cooled...the texture is much better. My husband and I liked this a lot and would absolutely make it again.""

I thought this was a very tasty recipe. I read the reviews prior to making them and decided to add 2 minced Garlic cloves to the marinade and allowed my chicken to sit in the marinade for 2 hours. I will be making this again, but next time I think I will skip the blotting step and see how they turn out."

I received the Chayote through a produce co-op and wasn't sure how to prepare it. I found this recipe very easy to follow and it turned out to be so delicious. I only had 3 chayote so I had quite a bit of filling left over and used it this morning to make some fantastic scrambled eggs. Even my 3 year old ate this up."
