“Loved the smoked paprika. I recently discovered smoked paprika (SP) at my favorite mail order spice house and it has turned some ho-hum dishes into knockouts!
This is really easy. Had I read the reviews I probably would have skipped the microwave part and used a cast iron skillet rather than a enameled cast iron Dutch Oven....”

“Having read earlier reviews that the recipe was very sweet and made a few adjustments and really liked the recipe. There would be a group of 17 we were feeding so I increased the sweets potatoes to about eight cups of mashed sweet potato and used four eggs rather than three. Then baked in a 9"x13" pan. “Very Easy and delicious. I was pretty faithful to the recipe and written and the soup was great. The first time around I served with cheese, sour cream and avocado chunks. During the week, I ate the leftovers without any of the garnishes and it was still super tasty! I will definitely be making this again.”
