"I was dying to try this recipe after I saw the show and finally had a chance to tonight. Yes, they were quite time consuming, but fun! I didn't care for the chocolate cake recipe itself and will probably use my usual go-to which is Barefoot Contessa's Beatty's Chocolate Cake. If you haven't tried it yet, you must. It is much richer than Ree's "
Reviewed Green Morning Smoothie
"Made half the recipe just to make sure we liked it. Still, it made quite a bit. The vanilla almond milk and oats make the smoothie thick like yogurt would. The taste is very pleasant; mildly sweet and banana-ey. Couldn't detect the spinach at all. I will definitely make this again."
Reviewed Chocolate-Chocolate Veggie Pancakes
"These pancakes were great! I have three teens and didn't tell them what was in them until after they ate them. The only complaint they had, was that they were not quite sweet enough for their taste, even with a sprinkling of powder sugar. Maybe we will add a little dollop of sweetened whipped cream next time."
