after watching Bobby make this on TV I knew I had to make it for my family. I am not a fan of butter, but this sauce was excellent. Could not find halibut fillets so I used halibut steak instead. Expensive but worth it!!

what could possible be better than veggies on the gill? This is by far my favourite version of panzanella ever! I loved the herb vinaigrette! My only complaint is that I did not grill my bread enough. It got soggy pretty fast. I wonder if using day old ciabatta would have helped? Needless to say I will be making this again!!
