Reviewed Pasta with Pancetta and Leeks
"I used this with bacon as I'm not fond of pancetta. Had seen the episode, so I knew to remove the meat before adding the leeks. I included asparagus and a tablespoon of ricotta (because I had it on hand) and it made the sauce a tad thicker... and shrimp. EXCELLENT! "
"I had never eaten kale before, but I know it's a good for you food so I tried the crispy version (without the dip) and really like it. I also tried crisping it using lemon olive oil one time and garlic olive oil another both with a dash of kosher salt. Quite tasty!""
