This was delicious. The chicken was really juicy and the salsa verde made the whole dish stand out. I didn't have cornichons and didn't miss them in the salsa. Will be making this again and again and again.

I tried this recipe and didn't like the grainy texture. I prefer Emeril's pecan pralines because the finished product has a nice smooth texture. Guess it's just a matter of preference.
