Made this recipe and served with cornbread (delish. It cooked/reduced on the back burner while I prepared the rest of dinner. I may reduce the wine and add a little brown sugar and butter for gloss as suggested. It was a hit over the summer and I plan to serve it with meatloaf this weekend. ""

This was one of the tastiest salmon dish I have ever had. The mint with the honey-mustard dressing was fantastic! I did however, leave out the horseradish (didn't have any) Glad I have mint growing in containers......."

OMG this is some kinda roasted chicken!! The marinade is off the top (or 'off the heezy' as my kids would say). The 3-1/2 lb chicken needed a little longer to cook but this is definitely a keeper. "

Made this exactly as written and unfortunately I used Spring Roll wraps. Instantly browned in the pan. Will try egg roll wraps next time and perhaps add some Five Spice. I appreciated the cucumber dip.
