Reviewed Roasted Chicken with Goat Cheese-Macadamia Nut Crust and Parsley-Pimento Couscous
"This meal is absolutely amazing! My husband made it and said it was very easy for him. We didn't have any pimentos on hand (and we have small kids) so used olives instead. We served it on a bed of greens and it was fantastic. Just had leftovers for lunch, and they reheated well."
