My Activity

Reviewed Tomato-Yogurt Chicken Curry

"Very Yummy. If you have never tried your hand at Indian food before this is a great one to start. We did not add the chilies because our kids do not like spicy. Other than that we followed the recipe exactly. It was very flavorful. The kids loved it. Highly recommend! This one is a repeat dinner for sure."

Reviewed Chocolate Peppermint Pinwheel Cookies

"These cookies take a while to make and the longer the dough cools the better. Using an electric knife is also essential. This was the second year I have made these for Christmas. Like many recipes when cooking, they came out better the second time around. These are a family favorite with the kids and were the most talked about cookie we gave away during the holidays!

Reviewed Granola

"WOW, this was easy and very tasty. Does not make a whole lot so be ready to make more. I was a little iffy about the cashews, but they were great!

Reviewed Pizza Pizzas

"Was a total bust! :( I tried this recipe three times to no avail. The dough would not come together correctly in the initial mixing/kneading. I watched the episode multiple times and used the recipe in the book (which are a slightly different). I don't blame the recipe, I think the instant yeast I had was not the right kind. The package read 'instant' but something didn't seem right. I never got the window pane when I pulled the dough apart. Overnight in the frig, the dough did not rise, it just hardened up.

Reviewed Mighty Duck

"Great recipe! If you are planning on feeding more than a few people, get two ducks. Made this for my immediate family Christmas Day. Very tasty! If you are expecting a lot of meat on the bird….get a turkey. Will use this recipe again.
